Citra Make The Smart Choice With Mapei’s Products
Mapelastic Smart, an innovative Mapei product that has been widely used in many of Citra’s recent construction projects, is a flexible cementitious waterproofer that forms highly flexible, waterproof, and protective dressings on concrete structures.
Citra has begun to make exclusive use of Mapelastic Smart for a wide range of structures, including:
- Balconies
- Water-retaining basins
- Retaining walls
- Exposed concrete surfaces
- Swimming pools
- Concrete in civil works
But, as Citra clearly discovered, there is far more to Mapei than just their Mapelastic Smart. Mapei’s Aquaflex Roof HR is a fibre-filled membrane that not only provides Citra’s structures with an impressive degree of high solar reflectance but can also lower the surface temperature of a roof by more than 50% compared to a traditional coating. Citra also makes regular use of Mapenet 150, Mapei’s alkali-resistant, glass fibre mesh that reinforces their structures with layers of protective waterproofing.
